Witnessing the smiles on the faces of those less fortunate was a humbling reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can ripple outwards, creating a better world. Tiidelab instilled in us not just technical prowess, but also the values of compassion and social responsibility.

My team, Team Innodevs, poured our hearts and souls into our project, "InnoConnect," a career mentorship and job placement application. Two weeks before graduation, I was unexpectedly appointed Head of House. Initially apprehensive, I embraced the challenge with the support of my Co-HoH, Muneef. This was my first time facing such an esteemed audience, a room filled with tech industry veterans. But as I climbed the podium, a surge of confidence washed over me. My pitch flowed flawlessly, and the positive feedback left me exhilarated. My team even emerged as the second-best in Tiidelab's fifth cohort, a surprise that sent waves of joy crashing over me.
